Jason's Testimony
I was led to the Lord by my mother at the age of four after a VBS at our church. I knew I was a sinner and couldn't get to Heaven on my own, and I asked the Lord to save me. My parents have always been involved in church ministries, mainly as missionaries to the deaf, and so early on I saw the joy of serving God with my life.
I graduated from Willo-Hill Christian High School, and attended Word of Life Bible Institute for one year. During that time I had opportunity to take a short-term trip to Mexico City, and my eyes and my heart were opened to the challenge of foreign missions.
After Word of Life, I transferred to Baptist Bible College of PA and enrolled in the missions program. Part of my studies was a one-year internship in Cuenca, Ecuador. I fell in love with the people of Ecuador, and saw first hand the needs of the country. However, I never expected to have the opportunity to return there.
I met Michele at BBC, and we were married in September of 1998. We have always had the desire to serve as full-time missionaries, but were waiting on God's timing. We helped lead a trip to Panama in August 2005, and God used that experience to confirm to us both that we should take the next steps on the journey toward full-time service. Once again, God has brought the country of Ecuador before us, and we are looking forward to serving Him there.Add your content here

Michele's Testimony
Growing up I did not always have a stable home environment. I was in three foster homes, and moved a lot. As I got older, I moved out on my own. I was attending Penn State for my degree in nursing, and worked at the local hospital in the emergency room.
One day I went to my hairdresser's to get a perm. I was a captive audience as she witnessed to me for two hours. I did not make a decision right then, but the next evening I attended a church, and listened to a message called "Should you or Should you walk with Jesus Christ?" When the service was over I went home, locked myself in my room and gave my life to Christ.
I became a different person - I changed my friends, my way of dressing, my way of talking - everything. Because I had a desire to grow in the Lord, a friend suggested that I apply at BBC.
I was accepted to the missionary nursing program.. It was during my time at BBC that God continued to draw me closer to him, and I also met Jason. God taught me to love people, and I have dedicated my life to full-time ministry so I can help other people come to know Him just like I did.
